ADS NR bases its development work on Luke 4:18-19. And the emphasis is on participatory approaches that aim to ensure that activities are in line with the priorities of the target communities and that these activities are truly owned by the people.

We currently support community efforts in the following sectors

  • Agriculture and value chain development
  • Health and HIV/AIDS

Organization Administration

For purposes of efficient administration, projects are decentralized to six zones covering each of the six counties. Central Coordination is carried out by a management team, led by the Executive Director, who is assisted by the Head of Programmes and the Head of Finance. A programme Coordination Unit is responsible for providing specialized support to the Zonal teams.
